Open Stickers, choose a photo or take one, and wait for subjects to be detected. Compare the result with the original, keep the subjects you want, and optionally add a white border or soft shadow. Give it a name and save it. In a project, use Add label → Sticker library to reuse it.

Detection runs on your device. A clearer subject and a simpler background can help when a photo cannot be separated. You can keep the original photo and use it as a picture label instead.

Photo framing is edited as a draft. Use the crop view’s Cancel button to leave those changes unapplied. Saved stickers keep a source image copy; when a label uses one, Restore original photo returns the label to that source image. This does not edit the photo in your Photos library.

Check that the paper size in the project matches your printer. Use a test on plain paper before printing on label stock. Print the PDF at Actual Size or 100%, and turn off Fit to Page in other printing apps.

Adjust rows, columns, margins, gaps, and horizontal or vertical offsets in the sheet settings. For pre-cut stock, measure the label cells and gutters; a generic layout is not a guarantee of compatibility with a particular brand or product code.

Direct printing uses Apple’s system print dialog and requires an available AirPrint-compatible printer. Check the printer’s connection and your device’s network. You can also export a PDF and print it from another device or app. Printer setup and hardware issues are handled by the printer manufacturer.

Open a project’s actions menu and choose Export project backup. Save the JSON backup in Files. On the receiving device, open Settings → Import project backup. A restore creates a new project; it does not replace an existing one.

A PDF preserves the printed result, not an editable project. Backups can include photos and personal text and are not encrypted by LabelNest. Keep them somewhere you trust. LabelNest does not automatically sync its library between devices.

Open LabelNest’s Settings and choose Restore purchases, using the Apple Account that made the purchase. An internet connection to the App Store may be required. A pending purchase unlocks only after Apple confirms it.

If purchases are temporarily unavailable, try again later. If Apple approved a refund or revoked the purchase, the entitlement may no longer be active. Contact support if access still looks incorrect; do not email your Apple Account password.

Its library entry is removed. Images may remain on the device to preserve labels or projects that already use them. To remove all local app data, back up anything you need and then use Delete App in device settings. Exported files and device backups are separate copies. No. Subject cutouts and sticker effects run on the device. LabelNest has no cloud AI upload service, advertising SDK, or analytics SDK. Files you intentionally share or print, Apple purchases, and your device’s backup settings have separate data flows. See our privacy policy.
